Crispin Glover screening in Oslo, Norway.

Crispin Glover are to screen his 2007 movie IT IS FINE. EVERYTHING IS FINE! at Cinemateket in Oslo on Wednesday 15th of April. I've been looking forward to this for a long time! Crispin had to cancel his Big Slide Show, but he is now back again, and it looks like we have something to look forward to:

The night will open with a performance based on Crispin Glover's many books, then there will be a screening of his 2007 movie IT IS FINE. EVERYTHING IS FINE! Which can only be seen in this format. Crispin Glover tours with this movie, and that is the only way he does it. Much like many other low budget directors do, like Jorg Buttgereit did with his NEKROMANTIK, also in Oslo, where Norwegian police arrested him and confiscated his role of film, but was later given back to him.

But back to Crispin - IT IS FINE. EVERYTHING IS FINE! is about Paul (played by Steven C. Stewart, who also wrote the script, but who died before the movie was finished). Paul is a learned man who has Cerebral palsy. But has a hard time making himself understandable. But in his daydreams everything is possible.

There will also be a booksale, signing and an Q&A.

The tickets are 160 Kroner (100 if your a member), and can only be bought at Cinemateket.
